When Cher came on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” to promote her four-piece Decades Eau de Parfum collection, the host said she was amazed that one of the scents — which was supposed to capture the 1970s — “didn’t it smelled like marijuana. ” or “Willie Nelson’s Bus”.
“Oh my God, I was on Willie Nelson’s bus!” Cher responded with a laugh in an exclusive clip released Monday. “Smells like marijuana.”
The iconic singer, whose longevity in the entertainment industry is matched by few, wanted her newly launched fragrances to evoke her memories from the decades between the 1960s and 2000s, according to EW. Meanwhile, his meeting with Nelson was memorable and unclear.

“It was amazing,” Clarkson said. “It was like walking into a store, like an old-school Airstream in Los Angeles … where they’re sold. It was everything you wanted it to be when you walked in, but you were definitely hungry when you walked out.
While marijuana has since been legalized in nearly two dozen US states, Cher famously appeared on “The Dick Cavett Show” in 1982 to lay out her anti-drug stance.
As for Nelson, now 89, he’s been a lifelong supporter of federal weed legalization and launched his own cannabis company, Willie’s Reserve, in 2015. He told Rolling Stone in 2019 that “ wouldn’t be alive” without weed. – and that he “saved my life”.
“I wouldn’t have lived to be 85 if I had continued to drink and smoke like I did in my 30s, 40s,” Nelson told the media. “I think the weed stopped me from wanting to kill people. And it probably stopped a lot of people from wanting to kill me too – there you drink, you run.
