In the past two days, another 12 ships with 400,000 tons of agricultural products left the ports of Big Odessa. They went to countries in Africa, Asia and Europe, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure on Monday, November 14.
In particular, the bulk carriers Stavros and Cevihan went to Oman to deliver 55,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat. Also, 55 thousand tons will be taken to Yemen, whose inhabitants are on the verge of starvation. The EastWind1 bulk carrier will deliver 25,000 tons of grain to Libya.
At the same time, within two days the ports of Big Odessa received eight ships for loading. Their total cargo capacity is 200,000 tons of agricultural products.
It was also noted that today six ships are moving along the “grain corridor” in the direction of Ukraine to load 317,000 tons of agricultural products.
In total, since September 1, 456 ships left the ports of Odessa, exporting 10.7 million tons of Ukrainian food to the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.
As you know, Ukraine wants to extend the grain deal, which is valid until November 19. Kyiv has offered Turkey and the UN to extend the agreement for at least one year, as well as expand it.
