Parts of Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta, KrAZ, ZTR and Motor Sich businesses were taken at the disposal of the Ministry of Defense for the period of martial law. After martial law, property or its value will be returned to its owners. This was announced on Monday, November 7, by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
In this regard, Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said that new supervisory boards of five alienated enterprises have been formed.
It should be reminded that earlier today it was reported that on November 6, the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market made a decision on the compulsory alienation of shares of PJSC Ukrnafta, PJSC Ukrtatnafta, JSC Motor Sich, PJSC AvtoKrAZ and PJSC Zaporizhtransformator in state ownership.
The basis for the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on the procedure for such alienation in relation to the shares of the five enterprises is the Law on the transfer, confiscation or confiscation of property under the legal regime of martial law or state of emergency and the order of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated November 6 In the rate decision of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated 5.11 .2022
According to the decision of the National Securities Commission, the Ministry of Defense will manage the securities account where the shares are transferred.
Also on November 6, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission allowed the immediate holding of meetings of joint-stock companies during martial law, if there are no more than five shareholders and if they own 100% of the shares. Until recently, it only allowed remote meetings.
