Non-residential areas near Poltava caused chaos among local small businesses, and the price of the object at the auction increased 260 times.
A new record for the number of participants has been set in online trading in the Prozorro system. Sale. In particular, 44 participants competed for the right to buy plots in the village of Rozsoshentsy near Poltava. This was announced by the State Property Fund on its Facebook page.
Such interest in local businesses is caused by non-residential areas with a total area of 258.2 sq. m. in the village of Rozsoshentsy, Poltava region, on the first floor of a five-story building.
The Ministry of Economy added that the auction here started with the amount of 25 thousand Hryvnia and grew to the amount of 6.5 million Hryvnia.
“That is, the price of the object during the auction increased 260 times,” the report said.
It should be noted that the small-scale privatization program started on September 19. In the first month, about two dozen online auctions were held, where the winners offered a total amount of more than UAH 1 billion. Currently, UAH 220.3 million has been transferred to the budget.
This difference in values is due to the fact that, by law, the winner has 20 business days to pay the value of the lot after the day the auction ends. Only after receiving the budget funds, a sales contract is signed.
