DTEK sent 100,000 tons of coal to support the operation of state-owned TPPs during the heating season. This was announced on Monday, October 17, by the company’s press service.
“Providing fuel for our own thermal power plants remains a priority, but DTEK Energy also finds an opportunity to support state-owned thermal power plants. . The additional amount of fuel will help the development of the state to better prepare for the start and end of the heating season,” the message said.
The company added that despite the Russian missile scare, power engineers are doing everything possible to ensure stable operation of the energy system.
“No matter what kind of terror the Russian troops do, Ukrainian power engineers, miners and machine builders will do everything to hold the energy front together and provide Ukrainians with light and heat ,” insisted DTEK.
