Within a month, Ukraine will receive new funds under the Rapid Financing Facility.
The IMF decided to open opportunities for Ukraine to receive regular funds under the Rapid Financing Facility. This was announced on Tuesday, September 13, by IMF Deputy Executive Director Vladislav Rashkovan, writes Interfax-Ukraine.
“I am sure that Ukraine will receive (these funds) in less than a month,” he said.
According to him, there will be funds from the Fund for Ukraine and other programs.
Earlier today, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the head of the IMF Kristalina Georgieva discussed the prospects for financial cooperation. During the conversation, it was learned about the allocation of an additional $1.4 billion to Ukraine.
