Last week, the price of gas in the European market increased by more than $500. At the same time, gas injection into European storage facilities continues on schedule.
The price growth accelerated after Gazprom announced a complete halt in supplies through Nord Stream 1 from August 31 to September 2 due to the repair of the only gas compressor unit remaining in operation.
