Vice Ministerial Decree 004-2021-EF/52.01 Ministry of Economy and Financethe monthly annual schedule for the payment of salaries and pensions in the public administration, which will be applied during the 2022 fiscal year, was known.
The Ordinance also authorized the payment of pensions under the Decree-Law of 1990, financed from the budget of the Office of Pre-Normalization (ONP).
Appendix 01 includes the annual monthly salary schedule for fiscal year 2022, in charge of the executive units of the national government and regional governments.

CAS, Secigra, Serums and Tips
Schedule 01 has been determined to include payments to Administrative Service Contract (CAS) staff, as well as other periodic and non-refundable payments such as Graduate Scholarship for Public Service (Secigra) and Health Service in Rural and Urban Outskirts (Serums)advice for trainees, cheerleaders, literacy teachers, and students of military and police schools, among others of a similar nature.
It has been established that the obligations related to the additional payment for tuition and allowances for public holidays and Christmas are fulfilled in accordance with the annexes to the above schedule in the relevant months.
CTS, tips and compensation
It is determined that the attention of other obligations related to the concepts of payment of wages and / or pensions, such as Seniority Compensation (CTS)bonuses (Labor regime 728), compensation, etc. are made within the time limits or where possible specified by applicable law.
It is envisaged that those operating units that have personnel from the Labor Schedule DL 728 may pay the remuneration and bonus concepts for July and December in a single table, on the date on which the specified concepts correspond.
