Google has created a support program for Ukrainian startups

Select startups will receive up to $ 100,000. This money could be used to continue the growth and restoration of business activities affected by the war.

The company announced the launch of a fund to support Ukrainian startups worth $ 5 million. Projects that already existed in Ukraine at the time of the start of the war could participate in the competition. This was stated in a statement.

Thus, select startups will receive up to $ 100,000 on a non-share basis. They will also participate in the mentor support program from Google, will have product support and Google Cloud credits.

Startups:

  • was established and based in Ukraine until February 24, 2022;

  • pass the testing phase (MVP) and have proven profitability (product to market / pilot version / early revenue).

At the same time, priority will be given to companies and startups with a social mission.

Startup founders should use the funds received to:

  • continued growth/recovery of war -affected business activities;

  • the main product for solving new problems and current crises.

Earlier it was reported that the Reface startup began sending footage of the war in Ukraine to the Russians.
