Indecopi to auction property of offenders who fail to pay fines

Indecopi has announced that it will hold its fourth auction of the year next Friday, August 5, with nine properties for sale.

As reported, property that will be put up for auction were seized from companies and individuals that do not comply with sanctions established for violating consumer rights, intellectual property or bankruptcy procedures.

The properties offered have base prices ranging from S$2,733 to S$58,612.

For example, this auction will include department located in Puente Piedra with a base price of 45,000 soles, deposits in Cercado de Lima from 25,000 soles, car parks in San Miguel from 23,000 soles and other assets located in San Borja, Breña and El Agustino.

How to take part in the auction?

For participation in auction You must have 10% of the appraised value of the property you are interested in purchasing. Those interested in the auction must submit an estimate with a certified check or cashier’s check payable to Indecopi and show proof of identification.

The Indecopi auction will take place at 384 Del Air Avenue (Elevation of Block 15 Canada Avenue), San Borja at 09:00, but must be at least 20 minutes in advance.
