Government extended the deadline until December 15, 2022 to include new manufacturers in Register of Agricultural Producers (RPS)through which the list of beneficiaries will be determined.
This was announced by the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, in a message on his Twitter account, in which he specified that this measure will allow farmers to benefit from the delivery fertilizer.
This measure was formalized in Emergency Ordinance No. 019-2022, which states that farmers can join before this date, provided they meet the other requirements set out in paragraph 4.2 of the LPA article. So far, 435,000 manufacturers have registered.
Delivery of goods to Agro Rural
In addition, government agencies have the right to provide data for use at the request of the program. Agriculturemovable or immovable property owned or managed in their favor, for the development of operations arising from the said rule.
Agriculture will bear the costs and take the necessary actions to adapt, implement and operate the affected goods.
Public entities, owners of the original assets or affected institutions, as the case may be, will carry out general maintenance of them and of the common areas, as the case may be; and payment for related basic services.
The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation is also authorized in exceptional cases this year through Agriculturefor transportation of organic fertilizers from small and medium-sized farmers of the country to priority regions.
To this end, the specified sector, within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the date of entry into force of this rule, approves the criteria establishing the selection of farmers who will have access to this benefit.
Extension of bonus delivery
The said device also extends the delivery of the Vanuchai S/350 Bond to the country’s small farmers until December 31 of the current year, as stated in Midagri.
The provision of this individual cash subsidy will be granted to producers with less than two hectares in accordance with State of Emergency Ordinance No. 108-2021 on emergency measures to reduce the negative impact on the economy of farms, may be valid until December 31, 2022, as it expired on July 31.
