Like everyone else, I also strive to earn more, and then, they say, we will know what to do with them. But as it turned out, this is not the place to start, so my advice to those who are just setting themselves big goals is to stop and ask yourself: “Why do I want to achieve success in business? Why do I want to make money ? ” A person does not achieve great financial success until he acquires knowledge of the main question: “What is the meaning of his life?”

The realization that I did not come to change the world, but only myself, turned my attitude towards business goals. I realized that the world does not change from my or your successes, but only you and I do.

Agree – as soon as we get what we want, it immediately becomes insufficient for us. We draw new goals, and thus the bar of achievements keeps changing upwards. Because of this, few can say that he achieved everything he wanted. But as soon as you find the answer to the question about the meaning of life, goals and objectives will become conscious, and most importantly, you will understand what you need.

Once I went to PIB Bank to get a loan. I needed funds for the construction of elevators, but they rejected me and my project did not receive money from the bank. About a year later, my business partner approached me with a request to help build the Reddison Hotel in Kyiv on Podil. At the time, there were car repairs on the land earmarked for construction. The whole territory is very complex in terms of business relations. In business, participating in such projects is called buying a ticket to war. The main difficulty is administrative, it requires a lot of approval from the authorities: on one side of the site there is a branch of the National Bank, on the other – the Podolsky district administration, and on the third – the deputy’s office. . But the site belongs to PIB Bank, and my business partners have lost faith in repeated attempts to start construction there and, as a last resort, turned to my development company. And I helped them solve this difficult task.

The philosophy of any business comes down to understanding “Why am I doing this?”. Business is just a path in material space, which should help us find the way to the spiritual world. To be successful as an entrepreneur, it is important to first understand what is the meaning of your existence, what is your goal and, accordingly, what is the way to make money, what business will help you achieve your goals purpose in life In this order it is easier to implement your plans and – above all – to do it successfully in every sense of the word.

My path has not been easy on myself. I also set myself illusory, but seemingly very important goals at that moment. I don’t understand what I’m doing and why, I just want to make money. But over time, I realized that to earn money you need courage, to keep it – the mind, and to increase it – you need wisdom.

Working is easy if you know why you are working

I want to end my story with a story about my children. They ask me all the time: “Daddy, why don’t you work?”. When I heard this, I was surprised and asked why they thought so. And I received an answer: “You just chat with someone all the time … When are you going to work?” In their understanding, a working person is a hard worker tired of tedious work. Many people still think today, but in fact, all success depends entirely on something else. It is important to understand who we are and what our business predisposition is. By finding real answers to these questions, your business and your worldview will be different – better, more productive, bringing real joy.
