Has it ever happened to you that you are working, having lunch or relaxing, and you get a call that you do not answer when you answer? this message is without consent and currently National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection conduct a survey to collect information about it.
This is a questionnaire that is applied to people over 18 years old, where people answer questions about hours, when they get calls, how and from which companies. The survey will be open until July 17 at the link:

Total Indecopi registered 12,959 reports about these calls through its Special Monitoring Center. Complaints were filed from March 16, 2020 to June 10, 2022.
Of these, 58.1% are concentrated in the commercial and industrial sector (7,531), 41.7% in the financial and insurance sector (5,401) and 0.2% (27) in other sectors.
It should be noted that, according to the Consumer Protection and Protection Code, all types of commercial activities are prohibited in which the supplier, through call center services, telephone systems, text messaging or electronic messages, massively promotes its goods and services, the use of telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of consumers who have not given their prior, informed, explicit and unambiguous consent to this.
