PrivatBank has launched a new technology that allows you to communicate with the bank through a mobile application. For this, only the Internet is needed, the press service of the financial institution reported on Tuesday, July 12th.
“The service will be especially useful for customers abroad or for other reasons without access to mobile communications of Ukrainian operators,” the message said.
To call the bank from the application, you need to click on the Client Profile (icon or image in the upper left corner of the screen) – Support Service – Call via Privat24 for iOS or Call to support Android.
“The service is in trial mode: we are testing its capabilities to make the technology more convenient,” the bank added.
It will be recalled that last week PrivatBank raised the dollar and euro on card transactions. The bank said it did so based on the market situation, the regulator’s regulatory documents, maintaining market integrity and based on the interests of its customers.
It was also found that PrivatBank will limit spending on card customers. If the monthly turnover on the client’s card is 500 thousand hryvnias or more, the bank will ask him the documents proving income.
