A total of 575,374 lawsuits against Business carriers were represented in the first months of the year, the Telecommunications Private Investment Watchdog (Osiptel) said.
The number of claims registered in the first quarter is 58.9% more than in the same period last year. But what were Business most reported?
Osiptel indicates that Movistar had the most complaints, with a total of 420,605 complaints, i.e. 73.10% of the total number filed.
They follow Movistar Of course with 75,128 claims (13.06%) and Entel with 43,588 claims (7.58%).
The other companies with fewer claims were Bitel and DirecTV, which filed 10,593 (1.84%) and 5,595 (0.97%) claims, respectively.
Other mobile phone complaints
According to Osiptel, 52.6% of claims filed by users in operating companies this was due to problems with mobile services.
This category is followed by fixed telephone services (29.29%), Internet access services (11.57%), cable TV (6.02%) and other services (0.52%).
How to report?
Osiptel points out that users have the right to file a claim if they are not satisfied with public telecommunications services, and operators are required to provide a claim code.
