Proposed penalties include interception of assets, cessation of trading operations, collection of assets owned by them in state revenue, and much more.

In this regard, the president and the Cabinet of Ministers are asked to bring to the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council the issue of imposing sanctions against those involved in metal theft.
Earlier, the Mariupol plants applied to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to open criminal cases on the facts of metal theft and track the routes of the stolen products.
According to the Mariupol port management, the occupiers plan to seize 200,000 tons of metal worth $ 170 million.
