Longtime General Hospital star Steve Burton sparked real melodrama when he announced Wednesday that his wife Sherry was pregnant with someone else’s child and that they were separated.
Burton, who was banned from playing Jason Morgan in “GH” for decades before being removed from the show last fall for rejecting the COVID-19 vaccine, wrote in his Instagram story:
“I want to know something. Chere and I broke up. She recently announced that she was expecting her fourth child. The baby is not mine. We still take care of our three beautiful children. We value privacy at this time. Have fun, Steve. “
The couple married in 1999. Their children range from elementary to adult.
